heavy delay for bus, I lost my flight

Hello, I travelled from dhaka to kolkota by shohoz elite, once we reached benapole the shohoz counter they took 545 bdt extra as travel tax, but no slip no print bill. Incident happens when I and one of my friend wes travelling from kolkota to dhaka on 25th june morning, by elite506k, ita start klate by more than one hour from benapole.. Once we cross ferry journey, bus stop and driver told us that there is a problem, he start checking the bus issue.. After 35 minutes he told us that issue is major I cant handel, he start calling for another bus.. He told us 45 minutes other company bus is coming... After one hour I asked where is bus, He replied on the way sir 10 minuts.. Bus came after 4 hours, Children was crying inside the bus due to hot weather, Female was worried for such delay in bus, I and my friend both miss the flight for cox bazaar, We reached home 00:15 minutes, Next time I will not use shohoz service, May be try green line... Thnks you so much to make my journey pathetic,
