Hearing aids will not hold a charge for more than 3 or 4 months, then you mut send them to Arizona for repair. This takes a minimamm of 3 to Four ks, or more.

Both my husband and I purchased Zounds hearing aids and have PROFOUND hearing loss and require hearing aids to survive in public. I was forced to purchase another brand hearing aid to survive. My husband had all 4 hearing aids set to his hearing test, so he would have an extra when the battery died. Four months after they were returned, 3 of the aids had dead batteries. I sent them back for recharge/repair, and after 3 weeks, I have only 1 hearing aid that works, and cannot get an answer as to the status of my aids. We paid $3,500 for my Zounds aids, and $3,100 for my husband's aids. WE COULD LIKE A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,600 SO WE CAN PURCHASE ANOTHER BRAND HEARING AIDS FOR EACH OF US. Zounds will not share their hearing aids software, so no other business can make any adjustments to their aids.
