I was approved by Molina insurance company about 8 months ago. I was out of town. Molina left and Heslth Net was the option. They cancelled my surgery Monday at 3 30, my surgery scheduled for 7 30 the next day. They required 6 weeks of OT. I went to OT and they said surgery was the only option. I have pseudogout, my physician appealed, I appealed. It was never approved and with covid 19, no longer an option. I also need 2 full knee replacements for the same condition. Despite knowing my underlying diagnosis and bone on bone arthritis, the denied that one as well. They want 6 week of PT, which they no will do nothing. These are *** department that denied these very needed surgeries. Cant walk, climb up and down stairs, cook or clean. They knew covid19 was coming and did not allow this during a small window of safety. So will I ever get what I need. Not if these despicable people have any say. I have no legal recourse. Do not use this company. Too little too late. I've never been denied needed care before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY User's recommendation: Do not use this company which habitually denies treatments.
