On 8/2/19 i went to a Primo dispenser in Walmart Pass Christian Ms. and found either mold or dirt on the INSIDE of the infra red dispenser. I used a tissue to confirm. This made me question what state the inside of the tank was in. There was a sticker showing the dispenser been serviced 7/17/19! Also a switch on the dispenser was malfunctioming as in order to get water a customer had to hold their arm up high and keep pressing the water switch because it would not stay switched on otherwise.
