Headrest doesn’t work properly.

I've had four service calls and my recliner is still not fixed actually five because they had to put a new controller in because the first one quit working but that was taken care of. I never expected a service warranty to be so difficult when you walk out of Hudson door they forget all about you. They turn you over to a service warranty company that has independent service technicians. Hudson i fell should do at least a follow up to make sure that their customers were being taken care of. I will probably never buy a another service warranty unless a store gas their own technicians. Trying to deal with 3 individuals people makes it very difficult. I'm very disappointed with Hudson furniture User's recommendation: Don't buy a extended warranty unless they have their own technicians.
