HBO Max Problem

I have a Samsung smart TV. I have tried all fixes to get HBO Max to load when I open app. They all work temporarily. Every time I open the HBO Max app I have to reset my TV for it to load. This is the only streaming service I have this problem with. Is there a permanent fix for this problem?
