Hayward does not honor their warranty

We bought a Hayward heat pump for our hot tub less than 2 years ago. It is still under warranty and we have been calling them for months and they absolutely are not having a tech call us back. They claim they have no ticketing system, cannot give me a reference number, cannot escalate this to a supervisor, and apparently don't have managers. I am to the point where I am pretty sure they are doing this so that they do not have to honor their warranties. I'm expecting the stereotypical response from Hayward saying to please contact their customer support.... Nope! User's recommendation: I personally will never purchase Hayward again.
