Having me long time waiting list on transfer

My name is monserrate torres I live in 204 Astoria BLVD Apt 2F queens 11102 Astoria Housing I'm filling this complaint because I'm in the waiting list for transfer pass over a 1 year still nothing waiting and I live alone with 2 bedroom apartment willing to down side into 1 bedroom apartment and I have been calling and emailing NYCHA about my Transfer haven't do nothing I'm here waiting for them to move me
