Having issues with a mattress purchase

No one will return my call, I have called and left messages over a dozen times. Today I was hung up on 3 times before even speaking to anyone. I moved out of NC to NH. I called months before I moved to get my IComfort Mattress replaced, it's been a piece of crap since year 2, see my Yelp review and not I damn person will return my call and help me! User's recommendation: Don't buy there.
