Haven’t got our furniture in the manner they agreed on.

Ordered couches in December, were told 8-10 weeks, it's now been 12 weeks and can't get an answer from anyone at hanks. We keep getting the run around. Told them we wanted our money back tomorrow, they said they don't keep that much money on hand. About ready to contact an attorney. User's recommendation: Don't order from hanks if you want your furniture.
