Haven’t been refunded

I ordered something from Marc Jacobs but had to return it. After doing so I still haven't been refunded. I tried to contact Marc Jacobs but they said I had to contact Global-e. I have not got a response from them for weeks and they don't have any phone numbers that work. User's recommendation: I wish such expensive clothing companies didnt use this company.
