Haven’t revived my tools

I called craftsman talk to a guy they sent me a return label told me to send my sockets and tools back to him so I did that was like a month and a half ago almost 2 months ago and havent heard anything about it my name is Michael Beers I dont I dont have a tracking numberI cant find it but I know where I dropped it off at it was a UPS store ace hardware in Sullivan Missouri
