to whom this may concern, My name is Miguel David Del Rio, my claims # is 464871, and this is my second time having to reach out concerning my PUA funds which I have yet to receive. The first time I wrote to DEO, i wasn't able to claim my weeks for almost 3 months. Now that I have claimed them, which was on 8/7/20, it is now 8/17/20 and I have yet to get the funds that are suppose to be available for those of us who are gig workers thru the CARES act. I have business expenses, namely my vehicle which is now in need of repairs. if i can't repair my car, I cannot work. whatever money I had has gone to living expenses. I have applied for this PUA over 3 months ago! How long will it take until I finally get these emergency funds? How long does it take to process my claim? How is it that such gross inefficiency can exist?! I read the hit piece on how Desantis has this system rigged so that people can't get the funds avaiable to them by making it so difficult to get the funds that people give up in despair. when election time comes this November, I know how I am gonna vote.. Right now though, I just need someone, anyone, to help me get the funds I applied for already!
