Have waited on phone for tech service to find out what 13500 unit will replace my old one and what i need with it. it is older unit that talks thru ph cable to each other. tech answered than hung up.

hours wait time on phone and then get hung up on. tried to get information on a replacement unit for my current Dometic 13500 unit that the compressor has went bad. it is older unit with ph cable to main unit and I have been told parts to put new unit on is not available. That was the intent of my call.
