I purchased a high end watch for $11000 that was defective. I wanted to return the watch back to them for more than 2 months now. They have no phone number and they do not reply to my emails either. They are crook and you should not buy anything from them. User's recommendation: Do not deal with them in any way since they have a horrible customer service. They do not have phone number either.
