Have not received my home delivery order

Ordered home delivery online late Saturday 3/14/2020. Online it said I could reserve delivery on Sunday 3/15/2020 between 1 and 2 pm and got confirmation email. Today, Monday 3/16/2020 at 6:14 pm, still no delivery. Have attempted contacting Randall's home delivery and they have ridiculously long hold time. I even tried calling the company that owns Randall's, Albertson's in Omaha, Nebraska and same problem. I use a walker. I need my home delivery! User's recommendation: Don't use Randalls grocery home delivery.
