I am a first year student and have submitted my all assignments way before the deadline only to receive no results. Logging on every other day on to the student portal. Still no results. Complained again by emailing. Nothing. Did the online MCQ exams in May/June 2021. Still awaiting results. October exams are coming up. Dont know which modules to study. Managed to get a hold of student support eventually and was told to email my issues. This was Sept 02nd. To date no response. from Lyceum. It is frustrating to deal with this college. They take the students money and do not correspond or guide their students through the process. Their student portal is not very user-friendly and communication portal to students not updated.
