Booked a flight for my wife and I to Hawaii, the flight was canceled back in June 2020, I was told it was take them 60 to 90, days to refund my money,( American Air refunded them the money for the flight back in June shortly after the flight was canceled), 4 months later I still have not received my refund, when I call to check on the status, I'm on hold for two hours or more. The agents never knows what is going on. They are the worst!!!!
