Have no internet and could not get anyone to respond.

Century link sucks. Terrible. I already explained. Listen to the voice mail....we had a bad storm and our box outside is dry rotted and appears mud dobber as well as do to dry rot the box will not close. Could not get through to any supposedly technical support that states is available 24-7. Said there is no one. The automation said to go to internet for more help. How the *** can I do that without internet. This place sucks and expensive. User's recommendation: Don’t go there.
