Have my order missing

I have been sending emails for last two weeks but no one seems to bother to resolve my matter . On 31st March £ 131.60 from my account without any confirmation of order and i have been waiting to get my order nothing has happened. Its so shameful that Dorothy Perkins is cheating loyal customers like this.dont d
