I put in for a add trip from 61 chester back to 482 nostrand.... I put in for the drop off back to 482 nostrand to be canceled because it was too much. But I was still charged 33.73 anyway. Yes lyft is supposed to take the 14.99 because the driver dropped me off.. But AGAIN the 33.73 was taken out in error because once again THE DRIVER NEVER DROPPED ME OFF. Then I attempt to speak to someone and couldn't get a physical person from lyft before I reached out to lyft pissed customer. I do hope the money is refunded asap. F. Padilla
