Have been put on hold twice because I want to cancel service

First person would not let me cancel and instead quizzed me on why and tried to get me to stay. When I made it clear that I wanted to cancel, she put me on hold again. Then she came back and told me she was transferring me to cancel and I have been on hold since - 30 minutes and counting. User's recommendation: Good luck trying to cancel.
