The customer support line is an answering service. They took my money then assigned me to a counselor who already had a full case load. They sign correspondence for their employees without their consent or knowledge and this creates an environment where there is questionable security surrounding the app/chat/video conferencing between client and provider. This undermines their business model. Avoid at all costs. 0/10
