My complaint is we have Adidas sneakers that came apart. When I spoke to a representative she said unless I had the receipt she couldnt do anything. You should be standing behind your product receipt or no receipt. Now I glued them because I wasnt going to not use them. But my grandson said he wont use them because hes afraid *** run out of them. So I took a picture but its now glued you can see part of the glue on the sneaker. User's recommendation: Don’t buy Adidas sneakers because they don’t stand behind their product. If there’s a damage on them they won’t take them back unless you have a receipt. And how many people truly hang onto the receipt.
