Update by user Jun 26, 2021 I've spoken with the Asst. GM Matt and he assured me that I would be rewarded my stay due to the behavior of the employee. Proof of the employee advancement was shown and given to him to see and hear by the employee on June 21th 2021 before I check out of the hotel. I had made reservations for the hotel to stay again if I was able to be rewarded and the employee would not be there or harrest me. My visit was for medical as I have visit the area many times.
