I had a reservation for Harrah's Atlantic City on Sunday JULY 11TH. We waited for over 2 and half hours to check in. There were only 4 check in stations that had employees working and the Check in machines were not working. I have two more reservations coming up in August and September and I hope this problem is resolved. I have been coming to the hotel since it opened and never had a problem. Also now they are charging for the pool, you already pay a Resort Fee how can you also be charged for the pool. Our room the closet was locked you could not get into it there were stains all over the carpet. All the years I have been coming I never had a complaint. Please respond to my email... Bonnie.
