I shut off the television portion and turned in my 3 set top boxes and remotes. My bill was 20.00 higher than month before. Had to go online to have amount corrected. I wanted to see the corrected bill but they could only give me the amount. I was told there was no updated bill that could be seen. Old school customer service just as it was when they were the only game in town. We are right you are wrong what are you going to do about it mentality is so out of date.
