Hardwareworld.com poor service

Bought a sea wool sponge 10-11" approx 11-16-07 from hardwareworld.com, but was sent a smaller one 8-9" and charged for the larger one. They have ignored my e-mails for a credit of the difference in price. I have contacted them three times and followed their directions to the letter, but they have not responded. There is no phone number or address so I can complain to BBB. Have seen other people complaining of poor service also. I heard about them in a forum and instead of checking them out more thoroughly like I usually do, I ordered the sponge to use to wash my car.
