Hard to get in touch

I had tried to call in to remove my credit freeze last month I got in without any problem to speak to a representative. I called in on 8/3/2021 to get my credit unfrozen and I could not speak to anyone the automated system that verifies who are verified me with the wrong information. I called in several times and it did the same thing over and over again. I could not speak to a live person to get my issues resolved.
