Hard to believe there is only one bad review here

This company has known issues with their equipment and they don't take care of their customers. Optical cord port broke on the unit just a bit out of warranty - it's a known issue. Instead of contacting the customers and offering a fix, we could only use the Playbar so long before it was rendered completely unusable (had to hold the cord in with duct tape for a couple of years before this happened). Call their service and they basically tell you to pay to replace it. Useless...don't waste your time. We were sold on this brand being an up and comer to replace Bose and now we wish we had gone with the tried and true brand.
