Hanged up no help at all
i called and asked to speak to a supervisor they transferred me to a specialist on the supervisor line named LIDIA as i explained what was going on she said i need hippa release for patient but they had sent us all of clients medical bills she said she couldnt speak to me about our client because she needed a new one i asked her to let me speak to a another supervisor she said NO i already gave you enough info like what when are we denied to speak to another supervisor when i told her where can i file aa complaint she said yeah sure all transfer you and she hanged up on me User's recommendation: stop using simon med there horrible cant even get no information your on hold for 40 minutes so they can hang up on you.
