I wanted to purchase a rug from yall which I thought was on sale but I was wrong,so I said I purchase it anyway when I asked the sales person how much it was since its not on sale? He said it would be $223 and some change because he giving a 20% discount I said ok but then he said it would be a $50.00 Handling charge. I said I had bought many things that was heavier then this rug and never had to pay that much. I been buying furniture and things like Recliner dresser,etc i been a loyal customer for five plus years User's recommendation: I do like their product but I would recommend purchasing furniture.
