Ordered a miniture battery operated hand held chainsaw from this "holidayshoppingspot" website. Those pictures are of a CHAINSAW - which is what I ordered. What they sent was just a chain. Customer Support is not cooperative and claims a chain is a VARIANT of a chainsaw. Uh NO! A variant of a product is something like a color or a size - or maybe a model number.
