The straps on my handbag I just bought in dec are cracking and the sides of what ever it is ,is falling off. Very disappointed. bought it at jcpenneys. I need to have the fixed. I never owned a Liz clairborne before and thought it would last a long time especially what I paid for it!!! The purse is very nice and there is alot of room and pockets in it. Just the staps are giving me a problem. Hope there is something that could be done about this. I know i wont be buying another Liz clairborne purse since they are made so cheaply. Can someone please get back to me on this problem. This is highly unreasonable that this would happen!!
