Hairpaashion has poor service.

I made a order for 4 products from Hairpaashion and it took a while to recieve my products and only recieved part of it, no reciept or itemized statement of the products or back order. I wanted to contact by phone and no way to contact them. This is what make it hard to do business online. I just want to get the rest of my order. If there is anyway I can contact them I would really like to know. Now that I am making this compliant I have seem others complaining, I wish I could have seen this before.
