I made an appointment for my son this morning at 1024 am at the central plaza location for 5 pm today. First the lady told me they couldnt take phone appointment which was absolutely fine I know how to get online but then she says wait things have changed and Im just now seeing the note, I can take your appointment over the phone I say great 5 pm she confirms and all is well. I get there 30 mins early and the lady on shift now says Im a lair that I did not make the appointment because they dont do call in appointments I explained the situation and even told her the time I called, no avail! User's recommendation: Don’t go there they obviously don’t need our money!
