I have never had any reaction on my scalp and my salon used this product and advised I buy it , so I brought shampoo conditioner and serum and as soon as I washed and conditioned my hair it was itching and started going red and hurt , so I used my sons prilton no help so Im the end I have had to go to my doctor and get scalp steroid solution, but still not any better , just cant believe u have not requested to test this product Or anything when its done this to my scalp and has made me anxious anthepain
