Hair line not straight missing pictures from before and after

I need someone to call me from corporate I don't have any photos after the procedure of the left side of my head that shows the hairline not straight . I was told someone was going to call me last week. No one did. Is this the kind of customer service I'm going to expect going forward after spending close to $10,000?
