Hair in my food

I ordered my son 3 Doritos tacos meal and I ordered a chicken quesadilla. He found a hair in his taco. I also had a hair in my quesadilla. I feel someone deliberately put hair in the food. I can see an accident with one of the items but both items and completely different items. We threw the food away and the drinks. Didnt feel this was safe to eat
