I have colored my hair for 25 years. This was the first time using Ion from Sally's. I purchased bleach to lighten my hair. It worked great! I then used a toner to remove the yellow tones. Again, it worked great! I then applied Radiant Orchid PERMANENT hair dye to my hair. I rinsed until the water ran clear. I loved the color!! My scalp was burned and peeling off, but the color was lovely! It has only been 2 weeks and my PERMANENT hair color is washing out of my hair rapidly. I am not happy! It is labeled permanent, yet is washing out as if it were semi-permanent. Please help User's recommendation: Don't try it.
