Last Saturday I called Orange County Harley Davidson in Irvine Ca and set up an appointment to have a 25,000 mile tune up done on my bike. The lady said yep, bring it in anytime before 6 and when we'll get to it and should only take a few hours. I thought cool, I'll load it in my truck, drop it off on Thursday after work and come get it Friday night and ride it home. Well Thursday, the day of the appointment roles around and I call a few hours prior just to make sure I'm still good to bring in my bike and ask how long it will take, the lady says " we close at 6 and their are people in front of you so they won't get to it today". I was like cool, see you in a few hours. So about 3 o'clock roles around and I *** early from work, load my bike and make the 45 min drive to Orange Co Harley in Irvine CA. I walk in to an empty counter....... I see a guy and a girl in the back shooting the ***, look at me and continue to talk to each other. After a minute or so a mechanic comes to the counter and says can I help you. I said yeah, I'm here to drop off my bike for my 25k service. Dude looks at a calendar with chicken scratch written all over it and says "what's your name". I told him my name, he says " we're going to have to reschedule, I can't get to your bike till this Wednesday. I said "no, I have an appointment, I called a few hours ago and was told to bring In my bike before close and they would call me when it was ready". He said "did you talk to a guy or a girl"? I said I talked to a girl, probably the one right there bumpin her gums in the back room. He said " yeah she just works the desk and I have too many bikes to get to yours so I can schedule you for next Wednesday" I said I will take my business elsewhere and walked out. Never to return.
