Gucci lease department
1
My name is Tiera Rumph and I am a past sales representative from the Saks fifth avenue store. Today I was appalled by the actions of the Gucci team in men's ready to wear. My fiancé came into the store to return a shirt that he had purchased within the 14 day period and the treatment he received in the store was very disappointing. They treated him as though he was a criminal. His first initial contact was with Christina. He handed her the receipt in its original wrapping and bag with all tags attached as well as the receipt. She claimed that the shirt had deodorant stains on it and said it could not be returned but all he did was try it on in the store and never took it out the bag. He proceeded to ask to speak to a manager that could better assist and she claimed there was no other person he could speak to but her. When he tried to get someone to better assist him he was followed around the store as if he was a criminal. And when he got to the 3 floor to speak to someone else the other Gucci associates followed him there. He finally got the chance to speak to Lucia who said she was the store manager. Lucia told him that nothing could be done and the decision had already been made. I worked in Saks for 3 years and I have never seen this type of treatment or policy. At this point I am ready to proceed legally against Saks as well as Gucci. This was a Huge act of discrimination as well as harassment. I thought the customer is always right? Please guide me to who I have to contact or all other legal matters will proceed. Thank you Tiera Rumph
