I'm not sure why all the reviews are so bad. Stanley Steemer cleaned my grout by spraying their cleaner on it and then running a machine over the floor. It looks beautiful but I thought the time they spent, 45 minutes, was way overpriced at $400. They only did traffic areas around rugs. I thought the square footage estimate was a little high but I wasn't going to argue. He did "take off" square footage and sealed the grout at no extra charge.
