Case 450 skidsteer was delivered to Titan Machinery, located in Great Falls, Mt. for a 1000hr. service and a brake lock switch. We were grossly overcharged labor wise for the 1000 hr. service and for the brake switch. Titan's service manager was hand delivered a corporate check in full (overcharges included) on pickup. A promised call by the Titan service manager to address issues was not received. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else. (we were a customer for more than 25 yrs. ) the 450 Case skidsteer came back after service strongly pulling to the left, still locking up while moving,idleing too fast, stiff joy sticks, doesn't always stop when bar is lifted which is very dangerous. This skidsteer was run by me for 5hrs. on ( 6/4/2021 ) .
