Took my labradoodle in for a cut and he came out completely shaved. Had the dog for 7 years and never has anyone shaved my dog. Then when I asked to speak to manager the guy said he was the manager and laughed at me. Asked to speak to the store owner I was told there not a loud to give that number. But I could keep coming by and maybe catch the guy that runs the store cause he hardly comes to the store. I had appointment with Sara last wendsday at 10:30 at 10:15 I got a call from Chris that Sara called in sick that they had to cancel my appointment . So we rescheduled for Monday at 11:30 then when I got there Chris told me Sara didn't come in today again and he was the only one there. So I thought It would be ok. But I was wrong . So I was so mad and started cousin bad words at him and walked out without paying. Look at the back leg it's down to his skin, shaved his ears no one has ever done that and shaved his face. When we took him to Sara the dog was just as bad but she made him coming looking great
