My grill worked to smoke a pork shoulder and never worked right after. Customer service sent new a temperature probe that did not fix the problem. Now they have me running diagnostics tests. With no instructions or a resolution to date four months after purchasing. Customer service is email only. User's recommendation: Don’t but Masterbuilt or Kamado Joe.
