I have had this grill for two years and its never worked properly it caught on fire once and now if I turn the temperature down in the middle of cooking is shut yourself off every time Ive called customer service with no help they are useless. I will be buying a new smoker definitely not a Traeger and I will be telling everybody I know not to buy a Traeger.
