I went into store #2576 to put money on my card. After waiting over 5 minutes for management I was told I needed cash and an ID. I said ok because I had both. She asked how much, I told her, she then says she has to call her D.M. for approval. Again I say ok. She's comes back I give her my money she then says she has to call her manager. She leaves again, then comes back and says she can't because my money wasn't real, "the face is off center". She said her and the DM agreed the money wasn't real and to not accept it. Handed me my money back. Her name is Linda Davis her DM is David Cain. This happened around 8:30pm on Monday, 05-24-2021.
