I heard about Great american power at an event, did some reaserch and saw some good and bad reviews. checked online, saw a way to save money on my current power bull, signed a 6-month contract, got better pricing than my local utility. When six months was up signed a 3-month contract, rates were lower because it was spring. Overall was a pretty easy / straightforward process. I had to look up my power account number to make the switch, but they were able to help me over the phone. Seems like most of the reviews on this site are pretty old, so just wanted to give a current opinion. So far no problems. Will post an update if I have any issues with them.
