Great products, terrible customer service

I hosted an online party last fall. The consultant said that I would receive a free product if the point value of the party went over $400. The party went to about $450 I think but I never got my free product. The consultant checked with customer service and they told her at that time that the hostesses purchases do not count towards the point value of the party. My consultant was not aware of this and I was not aware of this. I sent perfectly Posh and chat request on Facebook. They said they would look into it and asked me several questions, it's been nearly two weeks with no response. I love the products I have purchased but they are not very customer-focused. They also make it difficult to redeem your reward points and put lots of restrictions on them. My consultant is making up the free item to me out of her own pocket, which really sucks for her!
